    I follow a path of positive psychology and clean language which initially almost made me put this book down as I struggled with the frequent use of the word "F" and what appeared a negative view of the world. However I pushed through and now highly recommend this as a great read. Through Mark's different approach he allows the reader to come back to truly thinking and questioning the things that truly do matter. I look forward to following his life's journey and hopefully using some of his theories in my own journey.
